Our Team, Smokin' J's Pit Pirates BBQ, has been family owned and operated for
three years. We have grown from shy backyard cookers to professional competitors. As we continue to grow, we are
hoping to expand our "Hobby" into a catering business and eventually get the courage to go "all the
way" and open our own restaurant.
Our team consists of the "Smokin' J's" - Jim, his wife
Jess, sons Jordan and Jeremy, and when available, Jims best friend Jim, aka "Scoop".
Jim is
our head cook, or rather "Pit Master", and has been smoking for his family and friends for over 20 years.
He also has many years of cooking experience from cooking at various local bars and restaurants since 1985.
Smokin' J's wants to express a very warm "Thank You" to all our supporters!

Warren County is located in Northwest Pennsylvania, bordering New York State to our north. It is
home to the Kinzua Dam, the Kinzua Reservior (a.k.a. Lake of Perfidy) and large tracts of the Allegheny National Forest.
